Getting started

Create an account as a patient or clinician, verify your email, and you'll land in your portal. Patients can immediately find a doctor and book; clinicians complete credential verification first.

Common questions

How do I reset my password? Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page.

How is my data protected? All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is governed by row-level security, and every record access is logged. See our HIPAA Notice.

Can I sign in with my phone? Yes — verify a phone number in Settings, then use the Phone option on the login page for a one-time SMS code.
