Not for emergencies

OtMedlink is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening problem, call your local emergency number immediately.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Clinicians must maintain valid licensure and complete verification.

Clinical relationship

OtMedlink is a technology platform that connects patients and licensed clinicians. Clinical decisions are made by clinicians, not by the platform. Any matching or assistive features are informational and non-diagnostic.

Payments

Fees for consultations and services are shown before you confirm. You authorise charges to your selected payment method for services you book.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access data you're not authorised to, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
