Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), health information you or your clinicians provide (vitals, records, prescriptions, messages), payment and insurance details, and technical data such as device and log information.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, connect you with clinicians, process appointments and payments, communicate with you, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access is governed by row-level security so you and your care team only see what you're permitted to, and every access to protected health information is logged.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to deliver care and run the service (e.g., with your chosen clinician, payment processors, and SMS/email providers under contract), or where required by law. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
You can access, correct, or export your data, and request account deletion, from Settings or by contacting us. See also our HIPAA Notice.
